Mission 2P (Fall 2022)
Black Diamond
Mission 2P (Fall 2022)
$692.96
Description

The Black Diamond Mission 2P is a fast-pitching double wall tent built for mountaineering and expedition-style pursuits. The hoop and hub exterior pole architecture of the Mission combined with the pre-attached fly allows the tent to be easily pitched in even the worst conditions. This unique hybrid dome/tunnel design is engineered to withstand high wind loads from all directions, while the scalloped perimeter and large vents provide ample airflow. The 30d high tenacity polyester fabric is seam-sealed, durable and does not sag in wet environments. Twin doors and double vestibules allow leeward access in strong weather, making the Mission a bomber shelter for basecamp layovers or high-altitude adventures.

How to Be Reborn as a Tree
When I was 16 years old, my father’s mother, whom we called Meemaw, gave up the ghost. We all flew down to Fort Worth, where, per her wishes, my dad hosted a wake filled with live music, stiff cocktails, and loose stories. (Meemaw was, among other things, a former vaudeville performer and the sister of a legendary jazz drummer.) The...

But not professional snowboarder Kimmy Fasani. Kimmy has a remarkable way of distilling her snowboarding adventures into lessons she uses to navigate challenges in life we all face, like becoming a parent and dealing...
