Description

  Ultralight, compressible down pillow

Straight from the goose's belly comes this sweet 800-fill down Cloudrest pillow from Western Mountaineering. It weighs just 5 oz and is made of the same high-quality down that they use for their top-of-the-line sleeping bags. Never again will you have to use a pile of clothes as a pillow while you sleep.

Colors vary depending on fabric availability.

Like all of Western Mountaineering's sleeping bags, the Cloudrest is made by hand in San Jose, California. Their down is sourced from free-range mother geese who are never live-plucked or force-fed.

There’s a saying in Iceland that’s sort of the country’s unofficial motto: Þetta reddast (sounds like “thetta rettast”). In 2018, I joined Mike 'Twid' Turner, Steve Long, Angus Kille heading out to climb a remote big wall in central Brazil.
