FirstLight 2P Tent
Black Diamond
FirstLight 2P Tent
$449.95
Description

Ultralight 4-season tent for minimalist alpine missions

A compact two-person, four-season tent built for weight-conscious climbers, the Black Diamond FirstLight is based on the I-Tent’s expedition-specific design with steep walls and a simple floor shape to optimize living space and increase headroom. For durability, all seams are double sewn and the stress points are reinforced. With two equal length DAC Featherlite poles that fit inside the tent with hook-and-loop wraps, it’s easy to set up—even from inside. For cross ventilation, both the small rear window and the door are covered with no-see-um mesh. The canopy is constructed with water-resistant, breathable NanoShield fabric. For interior organization, the FirstLight has two interior mesh pockets.

The FirstLight is intended for adventures above treeline; for below-treeline trips, the Black Diamond HiLight is recommended instead due to its increased ventilation.

Please note, we cannot ship this product to Canada or the following states due to fire retardancy laws: California, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Louisiana, Minnesota, and Michigan.

Footprint sold separately.

Wild Enough for Adventure, Tame Enough for EDC: PDW WUULF Pack Review
As summer turns into fall here in New England, I start thinking about what I need to bring to stay outside longer. Cold weather is more demanding of you, your clothing, and your gear. Those demands require heavier fabrics and easy access to bulkier items. So, in the fall and winter, on top of my flannels and beanies, I like...
BeerJunkie: Indeed Brewing Mexican Honey Light Lager
Tag along with Paul The BeerJunkie Pabst as he cruises south of the border to … Minnesota? You read that right; this week, were going to Minneapolis uber-hip neighborhood, Northeast, to try Indeed Brewings Mexican Honey Light Lager. If it sounds like as much of a culture clash as a flavor fiasco, sit tight. Pabst breaks his cardinal rule —the single-sip...
National Park Fashion Week: Welcome to Dancing Rangers & Condor Outfits
If youre anything like me, then the svelte, overly serious models of New York Fashion Week may leave you feeling rather cold. Its hard to keep a straight face when watching a runway show with the self-importance of a United Nations Security Council meeting. Much better, I think, to watch and support the ironic — yet equally iconic —displays from...

The Best Women’s Hunting Pants of 2024
Womens hunting pants have to be comfortable while offering protection. They need to move with us while we traverse rugged terrain, keep us warm when the conditions get frosty, and ward off water when the clouds open up.
