Fly Creek HV 2 Carbon (Fall 2023)
Big Agnes
Fly Creek HV 2 Carbon (Fall 2023)
$1,199.96
Description

The iconic, award-winning Big Agnes Fly Creek tent is pushing the boundaries of weight and performance once again. The Fly Creek HV 2 Carbon with Dyneema Composite Fabrics and an Easton carbon pole set is for worshipers of high peaks, remote rivers, and spending more nights in your tent than bed at home.

Please note: This tent is intended for only the most dedicated user. Although extremely strong for their weight, these tents are not indestructible and require careful handling to decrease the possibility of damage. Special care during setup and extended trips is important as rough handling, long-term abrasion, exposure to sharp objects or rocky campsite selection may result in fabric punctures and tears. We highly recommend using a footprint with this tent to improve durability (footprint sold separately). Self-adhesive repair patches are included in the event that repairs must be made on the trail.

Footprint sold separately.

Lessons Learned During the 2015 Nepal Earthquake
I remember the shaking. The vibrations were so severe that I could not stand up. After a few seconds, the soil beneath my feet liquified, and the village I was standing in began to spin like one of those sketchy teacup rides at an American county fair. I also remember the noise. In an instant, the planet itself became a...

A few hundred meters beyond, the massive Khumbu Icefall cascaded from the flanks of Mount...
