Special edition Kånken with unique design. Part of the Arctic Fox initiative

Kånken Art is what you get when you invite artists to express their relationship with nature using the classic Kånken backpack as their canvas. This special edition is made from G-1000 HeavyDuty Eco S with a unique design by Swedish colourist, designer and photographer Tekla Severin. Her combination of colours gives Kånken a sense of free air and vast landscapes, be it sea or land. Just like all Kånken backpacks, it has a removable seat pad, front pocket, pliant shoulder straps and handles at the top. Part of Fjällräven’s Arctic Fox initiative, where part of sales go to environment and climate projects.

Premium, Powerful, and Barely Portable: SOUNDBOKS Go Portable Speaker Review

‘Grief and Outrage’: LA Wildfire Survivor Shares Advice for the Displaced
The original version of this article appeared on The Inertia. On January 8, a scattering of wildfires in Los Angeles turned into the apocalypse. As Bad Religion once sang, “Palm trees are candles in the murder winds.” The Santa Ana winds howled throughout the night, and with the dawn came almost unbelievable scenes of devastation. The Palisades Fire torched entire communities....
Solidarity With Los Angeles: How to Help as Wildfires Burn
The scale of destruction is difficult to comprehend. Wildfires fueled by a dry winter and 100 mph winds have scorched wide swaths of Los Angeles, forcing the evacuation of hundreds of thousands of residents. No Fun for You! Celebrating a Teammate Win Is No Longer Allowed in Pro Cycling
The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the international governing body for competitive cycling, is known for incredibly overbearing, sometimes downright wacky rules. And every year, committees at the UCI develop a litany of amendments to the overwhelming number of regulations. But a 2025 change seems to do nothing but take fun out of winning. Many UCI amendments are certainly warranted. One...

I’ve long considered the Teva brand synonymous with sandals. That goes back to my middle school years when my dad proposed we take a guided raft trip. Despite minimal prior experience with watercraft of any kind, we decided a 5-night, 6-day trip down the Middle Fork of Idaho’s Salmon River was the adventure for us.    Then we went shopping. My...
