Roxy Ann 3N1 15 - Women's
$399.95
Description

The Roxy Ann 3N1 15° sleeping bag is part of the latest evolution of the Big Agnes Sleep System. This modular bag design offers just what you’d expect: three bag configurations in one simple, yet technical sleep system that stays attached to your pad, so you won’t roll off in the middle of the night.

The contoured silhouette on Big Agnes' women’s bags provides thermal efficiency and minimizes common cold spots. It's the only bag you need for 3-season camping, backpacking and everywhere in between. These lightweight, down-fill bags deliver comfort and versatility no matter your sleep style or temperature preference.

Please note, the underside of these sleeping bags are un-insulated to save weight and packed space. They require a pad underneath for insulation. Pad not included.

Footprint sold separately.

Extremely Rare White Bison Born in Yellowstone National Park
If photography often boils down to being at the right place at the right time, then Erin Braaten hit the jackpot last week. The outdoor photographer was traveling in Yellowstone National Park last Tuesday when she caught an indelible moment: a white bison seeing the world for the first time. Though Braaten missed the actual birth by just a few...
A Pro Kayaker Walks into Some Hip-Hop Bars
What does a professional kayaker do when he realizes he’s in the twilight of his career? He releases a rap album, of course. Producer Paddy O’Connel sits down with pro kayaker and musician Rush Sturges to find out how the many paths in his life have led to the most eclectic rap album you’ve ever heard. ...
The ‘World’s Toughest Row’ Meets the Wildest Story in Rowing
When a pair of best friends in the U.K. decided to row across the Atlantic Ocean, its safe to say that expectations were low. For Charlotte Harris and Jessica Oliver, the idea of joining this grueling, 3,000-mile race across the worlds second-largest ocean just sounded like a fun challenge. Harris and Oliver had no rowing experience, unlike many of the...
Rescue in Mazama After Eight Climbers Get Stranded in Snow
A recent story about a search-and-rescue mission in Washington State highlights an important lesson for rock climbers. When attempting your first multi-pitch route on a big wall of rock, its best to keep your climbing party small. According to the Methow Valley News, on Tuesday, May 21, a group of eight climbers from Illinois and Indiana attempted to ascend a...
The Teton Pass Collapse Photos are Truly Terrifying
What started with a small crack in the road last Thursday developed into a full-blown disaster. A large section of Wyoming Highway 22—better known as the Teton Pass—collapsed on Friday, June 7, following a series of mudslides that culminated in what officials are calling a “catastrophic failure.” In the wake of the collapse, Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon issued a statewide...
First Look: XTRATUF Riptide Sandals
It’s rare to find a shoe that’s truly amphibious. Most sandals lack adequate protection for terrestrial use, while sneakers tend to skimp on ventilation and drainage. In the footwear world, land and water sit at either end of a broad spectrum. Some people say the gap can’t be bridged. Those people just haven’t met XTRATUF’s Riptide Sandals yet. If anyone...
‘Brush To Mountain’ Hunting Pants: Old-School Durability Meets Modern Tech Comfort
First impressions are hard to overcome, and when I first opened the package containing Forlohs latest product, I scratched my head and thought, huh, they look like Fjallravens. And, well, the similarity in appearance to some of Scandinavias top pants is rather uncanny. Forloh shares a lot with the Swedish icon. But its new Brush To Mountain Pro (BTM Pro)...
Reasons to Love Running in Chicago
“Chicago is one of the best places in the world from May through October, with all its festivals and events,” says Dave Zimmer, “and the running scene is vibrant year-round.” The Chicago-area native should know. Zimmer and his wife, Lisa, spent the last 28 years opening Fleet Feet stores across the city. And though he admits, “you have to be...
This Is the Best Way to Start an Adventure Story
You don’t have much time to grab people’s attention nowadays. This is one of the things I emphasize in my annual writing workshops, before we read through a handful of first sentences that do just that—grab our attention, make us sit up, engage, and dive into the rest of the story. One of them, which I have memorized: “We are...
Where to Buy Used Gear (The Best Sites to Shop & Save)
Cost and access are the two most significant barriers to entry into the outdoors. Maybe you live in a small town that doesnt have a gear shop or any resources on where to buy a climbing harness. Perhaps you work a minimum-wage job but still want to get outside. Heck, maybe your kids are growing fast, and kids apparel is...
The 10 Most Fuel-Efficient 4×4/AWD Pickups of 2024
We want it all from our pickup trucks. Maximum towing, maximum payload, maximum comfort, and, of course, maximum power. But gas isnt cheap, and that means things are changing. Instead of getting the most of everything, were looking at getting the most for our dollars at the gas station. That means were looking at trucks with the lowest numbers —...
Climbing Sends and Skiing Starts
The competition continues on Ultimate Mountain Athlete, presented by the 2024 Toyota Tacoma, with the conclusion of the climbing stage. We see who had the top sends for podium spots, then move up to the alpine proving grounds of the Colorado high country. On Red Mountain 3, the altitude takes its toll as the athletes race head-to-head in a Vertical...
