HD Hexa Tarp L
$419.95
Description

Premium tarp with extreme durability and excellent sun and water protection

Snow Peak's Hexa Tarp L is a premium tarp with sun-protective Shield technology that reduces temperature under the tarp compared with a non-shielded fabric. The HD Tarp series is sewed luxuriously using five pieces of fabric, and the seam of the ridge line is offset from the peak. As a result, rainwater flows smoothly and the tarp exhibits high waterproofness. Durable reinforced box stitching at the corners makes this one of the burliest tarps on the market.

  Poles are sold separately.

Durable, Electric Daily Driver for Backcountry Skiers: BCA Float E2 Airbag Ski Backpacks
Backcountry skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling are inherently dangerous sports. As someone who spends a lot of time enjoying these activities, lowering my risk exposure is incredibly important. In my perspective, reducing risk can be done in a few ways, including conservative decision-making and investing in safety equipment. That includes avalanche airbag ski backpacks. In the past decade, avalanche airbags have...
Breakthrough Bugout: Benchmade ‘535-09’ Elevates Hallowed Folding Knife Family
Every blue moon, you land a piece of gear that looks so good that you hesitate to want to use it. The risk of dirtying up a work of art outweighs the desire to put it through its paces. That’s how I felt (and still feel, to some degree) about the Benchmades latest folder, the Bugout 535-09. This is a...
One of Utah’s Most Popular National Park Hikes Closes Indefinitely Due to Staffing Shortage
On Sunday, Arches National Park officials announced that the iconic Fiery Furnace hiking zone would be closed until further notice due to staffing shortages. In February, the Elon Musk-led Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) fired 1,000 existing National Park employees and rescinded job offers for another 5,000 seasonal workers. Although the government reversed course on the temporary workers a few...
All-Weather Sneakers, Premium Garmin Plan, Ultralight Mummy Bags, and More Emerging Gear
Even in 2025, innovation continues to drive new advances in outdoor gear. Not too long ago, it would be hard to find something as specific as the Astrals...
Why I Couldn’t Resist the Colorado Trail’s Cursed Charm
It was somewhere around the third or fourth storm on the tenth day of my first attempt at the Colorado Trail that I began to question my sanity. I was drenched nearly to my internal organs, my pack probably five or 500 pounds heavier than before the sky began throwing its endless tantrum. So much hail had come down over...

Plan a Desert Camping Trip to Beat the Winter Blues
The mountains are muddy (or still socked in with snow), it’s raining in the woods, and rivers are about to overflow their banks with runoff. Winter has felt long this year, and youre probably itching to spend some time in the sun, and maybe go on a camping trip. But where can you find comfort and solitude in this transitional...
How Bone Broth Helps to Optimize Your Post-Workout Recovery
Last year, a friend of mine, who is a nutritionist, recommended that I try drinking bone broth to help optimize my performance. I didnt think too much of it at the time, as guzzling the stock made from animal bones didnt sound all that appetizing to me, especially before or after a big workout. I tabled the advice and didn’t think...
