King Solomon 20
$449.95
Description

Like your own bed in the backcountry! The Big Agnes King Solomon 20° is part of the Doublewide Series, eliminating the need to zip two bags together so there’s nothing keeping you apart from your cuddle bug at camp. The new Pad Cinch System makes connecting two pads or securing a doublewide pad easier and faster than ever. Now with a full zip-off option, you can use the top quilted layer like a comforter or zip together to create a single bag when camping solo.

Constructed with recycled materials and insulated with 650 Downtek™ water-repellent down for a cozy and warm top layer, the King Solomon doublewide sleeping bag is the most comfortable sleep experience for two.

Please note, the bottom of this sleeping bag is un-insulated to save weight and packed space. It requires a pad underneath for insulation. Pads and pillows sold separately.

Fashion Over Function: Are Off-Road Tires the Right Choice?
I was recently in a closed-door meeting with an off-road tire manufacturer. The meeting revolved around the look of the tires sidewall and tread and had nothing to do with the tires performance. I think this is the trajectory of the off-road tire market — fashion over function. With that said, most new off-road tires from major manufacturers are quite...
Walking on Clouds: Rossignol Women’s Chalet Shoes Review
Style and functionality can coexist with an expert-level product. Rossignol made no exception with the Chalet Shoes, a series of winter down booties with the support of a tennis shoe and the plushness of a house slipper. While Rossignol is famously known for highly engineered skis, it also designs solid apparel and footwear, the Chalet included. With a high platform...
The Best Beach Towels of 2024
No trip to the beach is complete without the perfect beach towel. Whether your favorite beach spot is by the ocean, lake, or river, the best beach towel provides a space to kick back, relax, and, of course, help you dry off. These days, beach towels come in a variety of different materials that provide varying levels of absorbency, sand...
Bikepacking to Every National Park in a Single 18K Mile Push: Lessons Learned
When Spencer McCullough decided to spend over a year cycling to every national park in the contiguous U.S., he didnt have much experience. The 28-year-old had only gone bikepacking once before — a 3-day trip planned entirely by a friend. But after 411 days and 18,247 miles, McCullough has finally met his goal of biking to 51 national parks, and hes...
Volkswagen Recalls 271K SUVs for Airbag Problem
Volkswagen has announced a recall of over 271,000 SUVs in the United States due to a potential issue with the front passenger airbag, which may fail to inflate during a crash. The recall specifically affects certain Atlas SUVs from model years 2021 to 2024, as well as some Atlas Cross Sport SUVs from model years 2020 to 2024, according to...
A Packable Whitewater Punch: Werner Sherpa 4-Piece Paddle Review
The last potentially unexplored whitewater canyon of the Nooksack watershed was right there in front of us, and like on any exploratory whitewater descent, the nerves, excitement, and fear all came flooding in at once. After scouting, we ran the first two rapids — big and powerful — and we could sense the river was picking up some serious gradient....
The Best Women’s Climbing Shoes of 2024
Climbing shoes are incredibly nuanced and diverse in shape and feel. Finding the right shoe depends a lot on what type of climbing youre doing and what type of rock you’re doing it on. Add in the fact that sizes, rubber type, and fit vary wildly from brand to brand, and its no wonder that finding the right shoe can...
We Go Deep on Bowhunting Tech With Mathews Athlete Trail Kreitzer
Trail Kreitzer’s been bow hunting since he was a little kid — and he has the photographic evidence to prove it. From an early age, he would roam the hills and river bottoms surrounding his childhood home attempting to shoot jackrabbits and cottontails.    Years later, as an adult, Kreitzer’s passion for archery and bowhunting reignited (about 24 years ago), and...
Volvo EX30 Delayed: Now Coming in 2025
The Volvo EX30 is supposed to be arriving at North American dealerships now. But today, the company announced to its dealers and preorder customers that theyll have to wait for a 2025 target delivery date to be announced. Volvos reasoning for this is due to changes in the global automotive landscape. That could mean a lot of things, from parts...
The Best Mountain Bike Flat Pedals of 2024
The best mountain bike flat pedals will help you feel confident by providing great traction, predictable mobility, and a supportive platform to ride on. A poor pedal choice can cause your feet to slip around, adding risk to every ride. While most pedals share the same basic design, there are many subtle differences that impact the feel. Small changes in...
How to Buy a Used Hunting Rifle
With the exception of a few, all my guns have previous owners. Most of them I bought while I worked in a gun shop during college or are family heirlooms (which my family also bought used). And I’ve had little to no functional issues with most of these rifles. In fact, some of them are nearly immaculate. I actually prefer...
Frost Fighter: Rabbit Defroster Speed Tights Review
Adjusting to winter running can be tricky. Swift movement in 30 degrees in November feels much colder than 30 degrees in March. Reminding your body that it can still function and do hard things when its cold can be challenging, even for those of us who live in super-cold climates — Im one of them! But, properly made winter running...
