At fancier and more expensive camps, chefs whip up a variety of delicious and nutritious foods to keep climbers fueled and happy. You will also find different national cuisines being cooked for climbers from China, India, and elsewhere on the mountain. All of the food has one purpose: fueling the human body to thrive in an extreme environment.
