Move over, Tremor and Raptor, theres a new ultimate off-road F-150 in town. Roush Performance has just launched the Roush RT6 F-150, a truck with a whopping 6-inch lift that meets federal safety standards and is available at select Ford dealers. The only thing small about the RT6 is the number Roush will build and the tires.
6-Inch Lift Throws Out the Original Suspension

(Photo/Roush) The Roush RT6 F-150 is all about the new Roush 6.0 Performance Suspension System. This big lift is more than just some spacers; it replaces almost every part of the trucks suspension.
New lift spindles maintain the right geometry. Twin-tube dampers and progressive-rate springs control the body. The sway bars, front knuckles, and compression arms are all specific to the RT6. At the back, a set of traction bars controls axle motion to keep the truck stable as you accelerate over whatever is unfortunate enough to be in front of you.
Roush adds new high-clearance crossmembers for even more space underneath, along with a quarter-inch skid plate for protection. The company says that all of the stock F-150s advanced driver aids still work and that its compliant with FMVSS standards.
Only 35s on This Lifted Beast?

(Photo/Roush) The Roush RT6 F-150 comes with a set of 20-inch satin black wheels, but the tires mounted to them seem a bit small. The 35-inch General Grabber A/TX tires arent exactly puny, but on a truck with this much lift? When a stock Raptor offers 37s? Some buyers might find themselves wanting more.
Roush Styling Roush adds plenty of cosmetic and accessory changes to the truck. Each RT6 F-150 gets a high-flow front grille, and the hood adds functional heat extractor vents. The fender flares help cover the tires, and Roush adds a new front bumper and a cat-back exhaust.
There is also RT6 badging all over the exterior and interior of the truck. Roush puddle lamps and custom floor mats help finish it off.

It adds off-road lights front and rear, as well as an active exhaust and some carbon-fiber interior trim. You can add premium leather or even more stickers.
The 2025 Roush RT6 F-150 upgrade package starts at $23,995, and thats one of the most interesting parts of the truck. You can add the extras using any new F-150 as the starting point.
If you want a jacked-up XL with the 2.7L V6, thats no problem. If youd rather have something with a lot more luxury, you can do that too. Once theyre complete, each RT6 F-150 gets a 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty from Roush.
