Comfort Plus SI Mat - Double
$298.95
Description

The Comfort Plus Self-Inflating Sleeping Mat is pure camping luxury. This is a plush, three inch thick, light and easy to use option for anyone looking for maximum comfort. The Delta Core technology reduces the foam's weight and bulk without compromising comfort. A lightweight but luxurious 30D stretch knit fabric is used on the top surface and each pad is embossed with a non-slip grip print to keep the mat from slipping. And we've literally put a twist on our multi-function valve to ensure super-fast deflation, without fighting re-inflation, as you roll it up.

MULTI-FUNCTION VALVE
To make inflation and deflation of its air mats easier, Sea to Summit developed the multi-function valve. This valve integrates an inflate port with a one-way valve to prevent air loss before you seal the valve, a rapid air dump deflate port, and a fine tune button to adjust for comfort - all in one compact, low profile unit. It has also been designed to allow easy attachment of a pump, for simpler inflation.

PILLOW LOCK SYSTEM
The Pillow Lock™ System comprises of self-adhesive hook-and-loop patches which are supplied with all Sea to Summit sleeping mats (as of Spring 2019). Attached to your sleeping mat, these patches secure your pillow and prevent it slipping – yet they will not snag on clothing or other lightweight fabrics. All Sea to Summit Pillows (as of Spring 2019) are compatible with this system. Existing pillows can be made Pillow Lock™ compatible by adding an Aeros Pillow Case. Pillows sold separately.

DELTA CORE TECHNOLOGY
The innovative Delta Core™ system maximizes the comfort and thickness of Sea to Summit's Self Inflating mattresses while minimizing weight and bulk. 40% of the initial volume of the PU foam is removed in horizontal Delta-shaped cores, giving minimal weight and packed size. Importantly, the top and bottom surface of the PU foam remain completely intact. This ensures consistent warmth along the full length of the mattress and significantly improves bonding of the foam to the shell fabric, which reduces the chance of delamination.
The shape and size of the Delta Cores™ are adjusted across the different thicknesses of Sea to Summit's mattresses to ensure strength and durability combined with excellent support.

Modular, Aviator Glacier Glasses Made From Plant Material: Zeal Selkirk Review
Utahs sun was high in the cloudless blue sky as we hiked out of Devils Kitchen in Canyonlands National Park and around Elephant Canyon. The November temperature was perfect as cool air descended from the snow-capped La Sal Mountains. As we marched, saddled with our overnight packs, I absorbed the gorgeous, otherworldly scenery in crisp detail despite the sun and...
Everest’s Hornbein Couloir Is the Greatest Line Never Skied
Within the tight knit community of ski mountaineers, a handful of descents stand alone in terms of sheer difficulty. In 1980, Frenchman Jean-Marc Boivin became the first person to ski down the Matterhorns treacherous east face. In 1995, Canadians Ptor Spriceniek and Troy Jungen pulled a coup on the north face of British Columbias 12,972-foot Mount Robson. And in 2012, Swedens Andreas...
Nick Fowler Pushed His Body to the Brink to Set the Arizona Trail Speed Record
A few days after hiker Nick Fowler completed the Arizona Trail—the 800-mile trek across deserts, mountains, and yes even the Grand Canyon—he had a pedicure. The nail technician took a pumice stone to Fowlers blisters and calluses, and she dug into exposed nail beds. She rubbed. She massaged. But even after the tender love and care, Fowlers feet still throbbed....

Can Travel Make You Live Longer? These Scientists Think So.
If it weren’t for travel, Margie Goldsmith, age 80, says she would have died at least three times by now. Cool, Capable, Affordable: 2024 Triumph Scrambler 400 X Review
The term “scrambler” doesn’t mean much these days. Unlike the scramblers of old, which were street bikes converted for off-road use, today’s scramblers are typically just restyled versions of existing models with little to no meaningful improvements made for off-road riding. Pretty much every major manufacturer has done this in one form or another, from BMW’s RnineT Scrambler to Honda’s...
