  Risotto with Sautéed Mushrooms and Basil Pesto; gluten-free and vegan

  The Herbed Mushroom Risotto from Good To-Go is made the old school way by first lightly cooking onions in olive oil. When the rice is added it coats all the grains, then add white wine is added. While gently stirring, Good To-Go chefs slowly add the hot mushroom stock to achieve a creamy and yummy consistency. Finally the basil pesto and sautéed mushrooms are added. GF and vegan.
